SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or statutory holidays.
Products marked “Coming Soon” are not currently available for purchase. Customers may sign up to be notified when they become available. Joining the notification list does not reserve or guarantee an item, and no payment is collected until a purchase is completed.
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
We currently ship within Canada only.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over $90.
Shipping and delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing their tracking information.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. UniqStims is not responsible for delays, additional shipping costs, or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
